During these uncertain times, how can we help?

Pet Resource Center of Kansas City
Pet Resource Center of Kansas City exists to help ALL pet owners in Kansas City, but we can't do that as effectively without your help.
We have excellent bilingual staff, but are very much in need of bilingual Spanish-speaking volunteers to help in our clinic and with special events that take place in primarily Hispanic communities throughout the KC metro.
The opportunities and events you can choose to help with are almost endless! From working at the check-in desk at our clinic, to running an information booth at a local festival or community fair, there are all kinds of ways to get involved and improve the lives of local pets.
With your help, we can expand our services and provide more opportunities for Spanish-speaking families to connect with us. Whether you share info about our vaccination services, pet food pantry, training classes, or other resources, you'll be helping families access much-needed services and supplies to care for their pets.
To join our volunteer program, you must be at least 14 years of age, and must commit to volunteering 3 hours each month.

Our mission is to decrease pet homelessness, increase pet retention, and improve the quality of life for pets through education and supportive services for families in need.
Pet Resource Center of Kansas City is a 501c3 non-profit organization formed in 2002 and is the only targeted spay neuter program in the Greater Kansas City area working to help all families in need regardless of financial means. Our unique approach is to provide exceptional customer service and high standards of care through commitment to our core values.
We educate and assist families to improve their pet's quality of life, increase the animal-human-bond and make long term positive impacts in our community and animal welfare.
We pride ourselves in acknowledging our diverse community with a non-judgmental and compassionate approach. Our programs target families who need assistance with education, wellness, and resources to help their pets live a long, healthy and happy life.
We'll work with your schedule.
