The Arkansas Blood Institute is seeking motivated volunteers to provide reception desk coverage on Saturdays for our Little Rock Donor Center.
Duties include:
- Answering phones.
- Greeting and registering blood donors.
- Assisting donors with making appointments.
- Answering general blood donation questions.
- Stocking and maintaining snack canteen.
- Other administrative and clerical duties as needed.
The ideal candidate(s) will be friendly and outgoing with a desire to provide a high level of customer service. Although there is no required time commitment, it is respectfully requested that candidates commit to a minimum of 2 hours per shift. Donor center hours are Saturdays, 9am-4pm.
