Trippet Ranch Watering Days
ORGANIZATION: Resource Conservation District Santa Monica Mountains
Please visit the new page to apply.
The Resource Conservation District of the Santa Monica Mountains planted 50 Coast Live Oaks throughout Trippet Ranch in Topanga State Park during early January of 2019. Now that the summer months are nearing, we need your help to water our young oak trees!
Please help us care for our newly planted oaks by attending one of our watering and weeding events. We will be holding 13 events throughout the summer! If you are interested in receiving our full schedule please email Jelly at akahler@rcdsmm.org
During this event we will be filling water buckets and carting them throughout our planting sites. Please be aware that you could get wet so wear clothes you are willing to get dirty in as well as durable shoes.
We will be meeting in the parking lot of Trippet Ranch located at 20829 Entrada Road, Topanga, CA 90290. If you need a parking pass please let us know by emailing the above address. Please try your best to carpool to this event as parking is limited!
We look forward to your help in our efforts to reforest the wildlands of the Santa Monica Mountains!
