STEP2, Yelp, and Break Through Reno have collaborated to create an intriguing and educational one-time escape room experience taking place on June 8, 2019 at the Silver Legacy Resort Casino.
This group escape room is designed to bring awareness to the struggles those dealing with substance use disorders face on the road to recovery.
We are looking for volunteers for the following shifts:
FRIDAY, JUNE 7:
9 AM-1 PM to set up escape rooms
SATURDAY, JUNE 8:
Helping with the day-of flow of Break The Cycle:
8:30 AM-1 PM
12:30 PM-5 PM
4:30 PM-8:30 PM
SUNDAY, JUNE 9:
9:15 AM-12 PM to break down
Due to the nature of the content contained in this experience,
only persons 18 and older are invited to attend the escape rooms. We do welcome volunteers 17 and younger to work with an adult guardian.

Mission Statement
STEP2 is a comprehensive substance abuse treatment program that provides women and their children suffering from chemical addiction, poverty and domestic violence the opportunity to rebuild their lives. The result is self-sufficient healthy families.
Description
STEP2 is the only treatment program in Northern Nevada and one of the few in the country that accommodates women with children.
STEP2 provides compassionate, flexible, individualized treatment programs for women in a safe environment, respecting the client and her personal treatment needs and utilizing current addiction and mental health protocols.
Our treatment center empowers each client to succeed and become a productive member of society while supporting and encouraging her recovery for up to 18 months. Since many clients are suffering from poverty in addition to chemical addiction, no woman is ever turned away because of her inability to pay for treatment.
