Seeking volunteers for a Art Show Fundraiser hosted by a Non-profit Organization!
Join us August 7th 2021 for the 2nd installment of our quarterly event, Market Night! We will be hosting vendors and artists from our community, we invite you to come enjoy some tunes and meet some really cool folks! All the proceeds go to RecoveryATX and to help support our local vendors! $5 entry fee! Volunteers will not pay. Bring all of your friends!
We would be in need to volunteers to help set for our event and keep up with the door. We will also need help with set up, tear down, and general traffic directing, "visual security". No need to have to be physical.
We will also need help prior with a street team to pass out flyers and spread the word!! https://www.RecoveryATX.org
As mentioned before, the show will be held at our community center, The Station (1818 e.12th street), located off 12th street and Chicon street. Its in the East Austin area.
The Event will start at 6pm and volunteers are asked to come at 5:30 to help set up tables and be orientated.
All volunteers get in for free and are welcomed to hang out at the art show through out the night when your are not busy being of service.
