Position Purpose

The purpose of this role is to answer calls placed by potential donors, interact with the potential donors and assist with any questions to become donors through ticket sales.

Key Responsibilities

The Sell-a-Thon Phone Bank is responsible for:

• Answering phones
• Communicating with donors and representing St. Jude
• Precisely entering confidential donor information into provided computers

Core Skills Required

• Able to work and hear comfortably in a loud environment
• Communication skills and fluent in English
• Accurate & legible writing skills
• Attentive to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to maintain professionalism
• Willing to work in team environment and with limited direct supervision
• Must be comfortable with being on television
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Training:

• Please arrive 15 minutes early for onsite training

Minimum age: 18

SELLATHON DATES AND TIMES:
5/23/2019: 6-9am, 11-noon, 5-7pm
6/28/2019: 6-9am, 11-noon, 5-7pm
7/26/2019: 6-9am, 11-noon, 5-7pm
