Take Steps is a national campaign to support and spread awareness for those living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease. This event is held at Edgewater Park in Cleveland and has an expected attendance of 1000. The event starts with an hour and a half festival starting at 1pm with live music, games, information and vendor booths. After the festival is a two mile walk along the shoreline. The event concludes after the walk. Volunteers are needed for set up, during the event and clean up.

The Crohn's aned Colitis Foundation provides education, support and advocacy to patients living with inflammatory bowel diseases, and raises funds for research to find a cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
