ORGANIZATION: AMERICAN RED CROSS

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining blood drive schedule
  • Communicate regularly, through phone and email, with volunteers to recruit for assignments
  • Communicate any special circumstances or changes to assigned volunteers
  • Receive and share feedback from volunteers regarding assignments
  • Perform data entry to ensure accurate volunteer records
  • Develop ongoing relationship with volunteer community
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to support Red Cross mission
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to be neat, detailed, and thorough
  • Clerical and computer skills required (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Willingness to learn Red Cross-specific applications
Training:
  • American Red Cross Volunteer Orientation
  • On-the-job training (Free)
