The International Folk Art Market | Collection at the Dallas Market Center encourages sustainable and dignified livelihoods by connecting artists with wholesale buyers for year-round income. In 2019, Dallas Market Center will host the IFAM Total Home & Gift Market, June 18-23, 2019.

The IFAM | DMC Volunteers serve as artist assistants to help the master folk artists with set-up and sales. Help them spread their cultural traditions, learn wholesale marketing, and fulfill orders.

The International Folk Art Market seeks to create economic opportunities for and with folk artists worldwide who celebrate and preserve folk art traditions. Each July we transform Railyard park in Santa Fe, NM into a bustling outdoor market. This year we are hosting over 160 artists from 52 different countries.
The success of the International Folk Art Market | Santa Fe depends on amazing volunteers who provide their expertise, passion, and resourcefulness to make this the largest folk art market of its kind. We have different volunteer opportunities to suit every interest and skill set, including Artist Assistants, Bike Valet, Cashiers, Handypersons, Photography, Interpreters, Production, & more!
As a volunteer you get to experience the Market, receive a free ticket to a general admission timed session, receive a free volunteer t-shirt, have access to our Hospitality Tent, gain a new skill set, make friends with 1,800 Volunteers, and meet artists from around the world.
