ORGANIZATION: St. Luke's Hospital

Patient Visitor Description: Patient Visitors are the heart and soul of the hospital. They are the listening ear that ensures that all cares and concerns are taken care of during a person's stay at St. Luke's. Patient Visitors put the person back in the patient. Patient Visitors are assigned several units in the hospital that they will provide information to regarding the organization and any amenities to make them or their loved ones more comfortable. They will make referrals to other departments as needed and assure that all needs are taken care of for the patient and their loved ones. Patient Visitors often will hear things from patients that they don't tell their healthcare provider. In that capacity they are the first line of defense in Patient Satisfaction.
