P3 Theatre Company is a brand new theatre company opening its first season at the Ernest Borgnine Theatre in Long Beach. We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charitable organization whose mission is to provide paid employment opportunities to professional theatrical artists and to ensure top quality theatrical experiences are made available to the entire community, particularly those members of the underserved population.
Starting up a brand new theatre company comes with all sorts of fun challenges, not the least of which are Marketing, Advertising, and PR. We are actively involved in community events, networking, etc. Our momentum has picked up so quickly that we are having a difficult time trying to keep up with things as we proceed through our first fantastic season.
We are currently looking for individuals who are passionate about the performing arts, that come with experience in any and all types of marketing, advertising and PR, particularly in the nonprofit and arts sector. We have many ongoing projects, and we are still developing our organizational structure so someone who is familiar with these growing pains would be fantastic.

P3 Theatre Company provides professional theatrical stage presentations that assist in the enrichment of and are accessible to all income levels of the community. In addition, P3 Theatre Company offers ongoing employment and creative opportunities to artists, stage technicians and production crews.
Description
P3 Educates+ is our community outreach program designed to bring the arts to members of the community that would not otherwise have access to them. Serving kids from 0-100, P3 Educates+ brings a custom arts program designed to the needs of individual charitable organizations with the purpose of enriching lives and helping improve the world - one person at a time.

Through a Passionate platform inspired by the arts, P3 Theatre Company provides an enriching and educational experience to actors production staff and theatregoing audiences.
P3 Theatre Company fosters Progressive groundbreaking new and existing works that are available to the entire community without bias, to include individuals, children and families that have needs based on economic, medical and any other challenges that would prevent them from having access to the benefits of attending a live theatrical stage production.
With a Pragmatic approach, P3 Theatre Company presents top quality, professionally produced theatrical works that inspire and enlighten the community in an effort to achieve complete harmony and inclusivity.
