The Arkansas Blood Institute operates community blood drives daily that are sponsored by churches, civic groups, schools and other community organizations. It takes a team of staff and volunteers to ensure that the blood drives are a success.
As a Thank You Crew member, you would be responsible for greeting and registering donors, answering general questions, monitoring and stocking the snack canteen and other donor service needs as required. In some cases, Thank You Crew members may assist Recruitment staff with providing donor reminder calls.
The Thank You Crew position would be enjoyed by people who are outgoing, interactive and customer service oriented. It is a wonderful opportunity for students and retirees!
