Mission Statement

Mission Statement Empowering people in need to achieve self-sufficiency through genuine compassion and innovative, community-based solutions Vision Reducing homelessness on Oahu through the delivery of quality, comprehensive services and effective partnerships. Values Compassion, Commitment, Respect, Integrity

Description

We are an emerging, non-profit organization, based on Christian values, committed to providing assistance to those who are homeless, as well as Hawaii’s at-risk individuals, families, youths, and veterans. This includes community outreach, employment assistance, financial & rental assistance, placement into substance abuse and behavioral health programs, access to healthcare, housing, counseling, and other supportive services.

ALEA Bridge's approach is to build a relationship based on trust and respect with those in need through personal contact. We gather their information and determine their specific needs. We then establish short/long-term goals and proceed to connect them with resources, assistance, and service providers. We take a collaborative, grass-roots approach in developing community-based solutions. Together with our partners, we aim to Break the Cycle, and Reverse the Trend of Homelessness.
