Do you want to join a vibrant volunteering community and help improve lives through bicycling? Join us at our upcoming Emerald City Ride and help thousands of people enjoy car free streets and the outdoors! We need volunteers from start to finish in order to make these events possible; from registration, packet pickup and running food stops, to cheering on people at the finish and giving people a place to connect through bicycling, this is a fun way to get involved with the greater Seattle community and make new friends!

Packet Pickup - hand out packets to pre-registered riders

Registration - Sign up day of riders. Must have STRONG cashiering skills and be comfortable handling cards, cash, and an iPad.

Souvenir Handout- Hand out the 2019 souvenirs to registered riders.

Food Stop - Help set up, run and clean up our food stops You will be working along side Cascade staff and volunteers to support riders along the ride. This position will be outside and let you interact with a lot of different people!

Bike Corral Monitor- Assist riders with getting bikes in and out of the corral, watch over bikes.

Ship Canal Bridge Monitors- stand on the bridge and direct riders.

With a mission to improve lives through bicycling, we teach the joys of bicycling, advocate for safe places to ride, and produce world-class rides and events. Our signature programs include the STP, Connect Puget Sound, Free Group Rides, the Bike Month Challenge, Basics of Bicycling, and the Major Taylor Project.
