Special Events Team Member

Happily Ever After is growing, and we are looking for volunteers to attend a variety of events as a member of our Special Events Team. These individuals will be responsible for:

• Representing HEA at various events that pop up throughout the year
• Setting-up and taking down displays and materials at these events
• Acting as an Ambassador to accurately represent HEA’s brand and mission to members of the community, potential donors and volunteers, and more
• Educating event attendees about the services and retail products that HEA offers
• Brainstorming ideas with our Community Engagement & Education Specialist and our Branding & Development team

Our ideal volunteer:

• Excels in the art of communication and enjoys interacting with and educating others
• Is incredibly confident and well-spoken and is outgoing, approachable, and friendly
• Has experience in customer service and/or community engagement

The time commitment for this opportunity will vary from week to week, and it will require flexibility with scheduling.
