Happily Ever After is growing, and we are looking for a volunteer to act as our Retail Coordinator. Responsibilities include:

• Owning all aspects of HEA’s retail business
• Participating in all steps of the retail design/buying process, to include:
• Working closely with the leader of Branding & Development
• Working with a team of graphic designers to develop a variety of garments and products
• Pricing and ordering samples
• Placing product orders
• Sourcing pet-related items appropriate for retail sale
• Managing and performing inventory
• Merchandising & signage
• Managing e-commerce (when applicable)

Our ideal volunteer:

• Is interested and experienced in digital and/or fashion design
• Is incredibly creative
• Understands source and margin and can help generate revenue from retail sales
• Has experience in retail [management], inventory, and/or merchandising

After the initial development of this program, this opportunity will require approximately 1-4 hours per week and has the flexibility to become a mostly remote position.
