WBENC’s 2019 National Conference & Business Fair (NCBF) is the largest conference of its kind for women business owners in the U.S. The NCBF brings together America’s leading corporations, government agencies, women business owners and their staff, and strategic partner organizations. With three days of robust programming, the conference features educational programming from today’s thought leaders, engaging panel discussions, 1:1 MatchMaker sessions, networking receptions, and a notable Business Fair.
To make this event a success, WBENC relies on the support of capable volunteers. Volunteers serve four- to eight-hour shifts and will be managed by an onsite volunteer coordinator.
Volunteer shifts are four hours in length during the following days and times:
- Sunday, June 23: 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm ET
- Monday, June 24: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm ET
- Tuesday, June 25: 7:30 am - 7:00 pm ET.
- Wednesday, June 26: 6:30 am - 7:30 pm ET
- Thursday, June 27: 7:00 am - 8:00 pm ET
Volunteer assignments may include:
- Directing attendees to various activities
- Collecting Business Lab/session surveys
- Assisting at registration, or distributing event materials
- Assisting with the Business Lab, receptions, or other program activities
- Checking badges at entry points of sessions
