Translator Arabic / English
Solberg Tower
In this position you would be helping to take health and safety assessments and any other translation needs our residents may have. This is a low income senior housing setting. We have many middle eastern residents here who need help with many tasks who speak limited English. Having a translator on site working with the Service Coordinator helps ensure their needs are met. Doing phone interviews with the residents at this time due to Covid-19. If a resident comes to the office they will be kept at least 6 feet away and only briefly and if truly needed. Daytime business hours. Will work with your schedule. Would love 3-4 hours a week.
Your role would be strictly translating verbally. The Service Coordinator will document and track all information.
