Suncrest Hospice is looking for compassionate individuals over the age of 18 who would like to visit a hospice patient on a weekly basis.
IF you have just one hour a week free, please join us as we provide quality end of life care to individuals in their place of residence.
Volunteers are trained and supported. All you need to do is attend an orientation, complete a drug and TB test at no cost to you, and be available to spend time with a patient weekly.
We serve patients throughout Sacramento, Yolo and Placer Counties, and we work to place you with a patient close to you.
Perfect volunteer opportunity for the busy college student and great experience for those in the medical or social work fields.
