We are looking for someone well-connected in the business community, who is comfortable making pitches and presentations and unafraid to ask organizations to fund the fight against Alzheimer’s. The Sponsorship Chair serves as the primary lead for recruiting new sponsors to the event, as well as strengthening relationships with existing ones.
With the support of a staff partner, this position will lead a Subcommittee that will identify opportunities to engage the business community in the mission of the Alzheimer’s Association and participate in Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
Time commitment includes a monthly meeting and an additional 2-3 hours of work a month, with increasing responsibility as the walk gets closer.
