Endless Journey Hospice is a locally owned and operated independent hospice serving Omaha and Lincoln. We utilize holistic services such as aromatherapy, healing touch and massage which is integrated into our traditional hospice plan of care Volunteers are a key part of our services in providing companionship and support for patients and families. Volunteers can provide respite support - allowing the family member to get a break for an hour or two. They also provide regular visits to patients who reside in nursing homes and assisted living centers in the community. These visits can be as social as playing cards and bingo or as quiet as playing rcorded music or reading scripture by the bedside of a minimally responsive patient. ALL volunteering is meaningful and deeply appreciated! Individualized training is provided and we will bring it to you!

The Endless Journey hospice experience will encompass the holistic philosophy in that the client and their family will be nourished physically, emotionally and spiritually as they prepare for the end of life and beyond.
Description
Endless Journey Hospice LLC is an independent, locally owned and operated hospice established in Omaha to serve Northeast Nebraska with an alternative for end of life care unlike those currently offered by the medical field. The primary objective is to empower clients and the community through education and to offer holistic interventions to provide comfort and dignity throughout the dying process. Endless Journey embraces the client and their loved ones as they approach the exhaustion of effective aggressive treatment by offering emotional support and education related to disease process and treatment options to improve quality of life. Like all hospices, we provide services to clients wherever they live. This is provided through the traditional hospice team of nurses, health aids, chaplains, social workers, and volunteers in addition to a broad array of holistic providers and a full-time nutritionist.
