The Copywriter/Website Content Specialist creates web-site content to promote FACTR's programs and services by presenting information in an appealing, informative, concise and easy-to-understand manner to raise awareness by performing the following duties.
Essential Functions:
Creates/Maintains/Updates new website pages/sections to reflect current FACTR programs and services
Develops and maintains a library of current reference materials.
Proofreads and edits as necessary. Considers copyright laws such as registered and trademarked symbols, country of origin, and material construction.
Assists other program and service staff on other projects as needed.
Required Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or pursuing current coursework in Information Systems, Computer Science, Programming, or Communications
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and editing skills
Previous experience as a copywriter/website content specialist preferred
Experience in web development field and managing digital content
Strong organization skills with emphasis on being conscientious and detail-oriented
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision in a team environment.

To provide counseling, psycho- educational services and cultural awareness programs for newcomer families and their children that is respectful of ethnic values and diverse views, including State Laws pertaining to Child Protection, Domestic Violence, Educational, Immigration and other areas.
To provide a setting for professionals who work with stressed families in newcomer and other circumstances to gain knowledge and skills to help them be effective in their work.
To develop a knowledge base for dissemination of practices, methods and concepts for use in the broad mental health and Social Services field.
