The American Liver Foundation’s 6 th Annual Flavors of Dallas is just around the corner and we are looking for some great volunteers to help at the event! If you or others you know are able to help with this event, please reply and provide your hours of availability and a cell number. Below are the shifts we will need to fill as well as additional details:
DATE
Monday, June 24 th, 20179
TIME
- 1PM - 4PM - Set up
- 5:30PM - 8:30PM - Registration, Greeters/Seaters, Silent Auction Monitoring and Processing
- 8:00PM-11:00PM - Live Auction Monitoring and Processing, Check-Out and Clean Up
(If you can help throughout the event, from 5:30pm - 11:00pm, please let me know)
LOCATION
Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas
221 E Las Colinas Blvd
Irving, Texas 75039
ATTIRE
Cocktail attire (guys in business casual/sport coat - gals in dress, skirt or nice slacks). Comfortable shoes - volunteers will be on their feet most of the evening.
PARKING
Valet parking will not be reimbursed.
