A little about the event:
Walk & Roll Chicago is the longest-running cancer fundraiser in Illinois. For the past 47 years, people from all over Chicagoland have gathered for Walk & Roll to support the American Cancer Society. This one-of-a-kind event offers participants of all ages and skill levels the opportunity to walk 5K, run 5K (timed), skate 10K or bike 15K to raise funds and help save lives from all cancers. The event is full of family, neighbors, and coworkers and helping us celebrate cancer survivors and caregivers! In addition to the walk/run/bike/skate there will be a kid's dash, picnic, DJ, live band, and so much more! The event will take place on June 8th, 2019 at Maggie Daley Park from 7:30AM - 1PM
A little about volunteering:
This event runs on the kindness of volunteers and we could not make it a success without you! We are looking for a Volunteer Photographer to take pictures of our event and share photos afterwards. We will absolutely credit you in a post event email with photos along with when we post on social media.
For questions, please contact walkrollchicago@cancer.org
