We have volunteer opportunities for youth and teens - grades 5th to 12th. Teens have many different opportunities including cleaning, shelf reading, assisting with special events, craft/activity preparation, and other tasks as assigned by library staff. If you have special interests or skills please indicate those on your volunteer application.

Description
The North Liberty Community Library is part of the 17,900 square foot North Liberty Community Center along with three other City departments, including the indoor/outdoor aquatic center, recreation center, and the Communications Department. The North Liberty Community Library is open seven days a week, for a total of 64 hours. The library operates in conjunction with an advisory board composed of six trustees. Regular programming is provided for all ages throughout the year, including summer reading programs for babies through adults with weekly activities.
