New Britain Covered Bridge Day is scheduled for Saturday, June1,2019 at the Covered Bridge
Park on Keeley Avenue in New Britain. This year the theme is "Food trucks & Fireworks".
There will be plenty of both.
The event will be from 1pm to 9pm. We need volunteers from 12pm to 8pm. Volunteers will assist food truck set up, vendor set up, managing some of the family and kiddy activities, selling raffle tickets, taking pictures, and working at the New Britain Civic table. They will also be asked to help set up for the various performers.
There will be a volunteer meeting on Monday May 20th at 7:30pm @ Burkart Hall (56 Keeley Avenue, New Britain, PA 18901).

Description
The New Britain Civic Association (NBCA)-formed in 1953-is a non-profit, non-political organization which sponsors other community activities such as hosting astronomical events, the community Christmas tree lighting, and the youth summer recreation program. The NBCA also owns and operates the 14-acre Covered Bridge Park in New Britain Borough.
