The Programs Manager will be responsible for running our meetings and events smoothly:

  • Coordinate and confirm the schedule with the speaker.
  • Mange event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
  • Work with the speaker to prepare for the description of the meetings
  • Create Eventbrite registration and invitee list.
  • Send out invitations and manage RSVP list.
  • Manage attendee correspondence.
  • Help the Events Coordinator with event registration and set up
  • Book room based on number of attendees and check seating
  • Determine catering needs and budget

Women Accelerators, formerly de la Femme, is a 501 (c)(6) organization based in Massachusetts. We are passionate about promoting the advancement of women, which is evident in the gender wage inequality and under-representation of senior-level women in the boardroom, from Corporate 500 to startups.
