CHILDREN WHO HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THEIR HOMES NEED A GUARDIAN AD LITEM! BECAUSE OF COVID - ALL TRAINING IS ONLINE! TRAIN AT YOUR CONVENIENCE!
Guardian ad Litem Volunteers advocate for children in the foster care / dependency system. Children who have been removed from their home because of abandonment, abuse or neglect through no fault of their own need someone to care about their best interest and will speak on their behalf.
As a volunteer you meet with a child at least 1x per month and be that special person who advocates for their best interest. We provide all training and a background screen. At this time all meetings. trainings and court are virtual. We follow CDC Guidelines when visiting with our children.
If you are ever watching the news or scrolling through social media and wonder what you can do to help make a difference - THIS IS IT! You can make a difference in a child's life with as little as 10 hours per month.
Be the person who makes a difference in a child's life!

Guardian ad Litem is a volunteer based organization who's purpose is to look after the "best interest" of children who have been removed from their home due to abuse and neglect. We are their voice in court as well as look out for their best interest in other aspects of their life (educationally, emotionally and physically).
If you have a passion for making a lifelong difference in a child's life please consider becoming a Guardian ad Litem Volunteer Child Advocate. Child Advocates are trained and supported volunteers who are assigned a child (or sibling group) and learn about the children and those that are central to the child's life and advocate for both short and long term successes. We visit the child to make sure that their needs are being met and we advocate for their best interest in.
