Program: Information Desk/Front Desk
Supervisor: Luz Ayala
Position: Information Desk Operator
Duties: Receive and answer phone calls, transferring calls to the different clinic areas and/or departments. Direct walk-in clients to the areas they need to be.
Skills: Courteous, friendly and smiley over the phone and with the public, a peoples person wanted to assist clients from our community, strong reliable and accountable commitment. Bilingual (English/Spanish is a plus BUT not necessary).
Hours: Only 2 hours need from 2:00pm to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday (flexible according to volunteer availability)
Location: 2200 Ringling Blvd. Sarasota, FL 34237
