Please help us celebrate our 3rd Annual "Run for Your Life!" 5K/10K Zombie Run! The races will be held at Bald Mountain State Recreation Area in Lake Orion, MI. The park opens at 8:00 am, 10K starts at 9:30 followed by the 5K at 9:45. Help is needed in the following areas:
- Registration/ Packet Pick-up (8:00 am)
- Set-up (7:30 am or earlier if we get park approval)
- Water Stations (9:00-last runner)
- First Aid (9:00- 12:00) Must be CPR/First Aid certified
- Enthusiastic Zombies (we need several throughout the route! Must come dressed and ready to scare!) (9:00-last runner)
- Handing out medals at Finish Line (9:30-last runner)
- Route helpers (directing runners)(9:00-last runner)
- Floaters (8:00-12:00)
- Food table (9:30-12:00)
