The New York Asian Film Festival depends on the dedication of volunteers. For our 20th season we seek volunteers who share a commitment to supporting Asian film in all its genres. Volunteers are vital to our festivals program and there are exciting benefits such as being among the first to see U.S. and world premieres of the best new Asian films. But the real benefits of volunteering are not things, or even films-they're the experiences. Volunteers are the heart of NYAFF, they assist our core team and have fun while doing it all! Each year we rely on the support of volunteers to make the Festival a great success. If you're ready for an amazing experience, apply to join our 2021 volunteer staff! We are using venues at FLC and SVA and will follow New York State Covid-19 guidelines during the festival.

During The Festival Responsibilities Include:

Assist at festival theaters front desk.

Handing out and collecting giveaway forms.

Line control and ushering as needed.

Running microphones for Q & A.

Answering any questions guests may have about the screenings and show times.

Light clean up after receptions.
