We are having our Annual Celebration where we get together as a community to celebrate the accomplishments of the year!
There will be food, games, a bar, hayrides, and live music! Volunteers are needed for the setup portion of the program and then will switch over to directing parking. Afterward, volunteers can enjoy free entry, and a meal at the party! Help breaking down the event would be appreciated but depending on the people present, might not be needed. We need volunteers from 12:30 pm to 6:00 pm, however, the event might wrap up quicker depending on the crowd and weather.
Volunteers should be friendly, people oriented, able to list 50 lbs, and capable of self-entertaining during the party portion.
The schedule would look like this but will be flexible:
12:30-1:45 Set up.
1:45-3:00 Parking.
3:00-5:00 Enjoy the Party!
5:00-6:00 Break down.
Location: TBD. We'll know closer to the date.
You certainly don't want to miss out on this fun day of service, games, food, and music!
