Be a Special Friend to a Child in Need...
Circle of Friends is a children's bereavement support group using child-directed play. Volunteers ages 14 to 24 are needed for our upcoming Summer 2022 session. Volunteers who commit to this program are provided training, then participate in 12 weekly sessions as a "friend" to children experiencing the recent loss of a family member.
Requirements:
Desire to make a difference in a child's life!
Be 14 to 24 years old
Attend Volunteer Application Night (Thursday 4/21, 6-7pm)
Complete Application & Background/Reference Check
Attend Training Session (Saturday 5/14, 830am-4pm)
Commit to 13 Week Program (Tuesdays 6/7-8/30)
