Volunteers needed to support the benefiting charity, Blessons for Women at the 8th Annual Chicago Chapter of IFMA Charity Golf Outing.
Please join us for the 8th Annual Chicago Chapter of IFMA Charity Golf Outing on May 21, 2020. Proceeds from the Event-Day Raffle and Silent Auction will directly benefit Blessons for Women.
We will have a great day of golf at the beautiful Harborside International Golf Center
in Chicago, IL ( www.harborsideinternational.com). The event will include a 4-person
scramble, lunch and 19th hole reception.

This is a Don't Miss Event! Register now as the course will fill up. We have tickets for foursomes and individual golfers. Remember to invite your friends to play. Just click "Tell a Friend" below and you can send them a link to this site automatically.
Golf Information
Scramble Shotgun start at 10 am sharp. Upon arrival, please drive up to the Bag Drop. Course staff will take your golf clubs to your cart, which will be marked with your last name.
9:00 am - Registration opens: Bag Drop, Driving Range, Putting Green
9:40 am - Players board their golf carts
9:50 am - Welcome/Rules by Golf Course Pro, then Carts are escorted to their starting positions
10:00 am - Shotgun start
19th Hole Reception Information
Immediately following the golf outing, we will host a reception beginning around 3:30pm. There will be appetizers, beer, wine & non-alcoholic drinks and the golf outing awards will be presented. There will also be a Raffle drawing and Silent Auction with all proceeds benefiting Blessons for Women. We expect lots of great raffle prizes, which in past years have included gift cards, sports tickets, Weekend Get-A-Ways, studio tours an iPad, etc. If you are unable to attend the reception, but would like to donate a raffle prize, please contact Michelle, our chapter Admin at 312-236-0900 or admin@ifma-chicago.org

Mission Statement
Blessons for Women provides free mentorship, educational workshops and wellness clinics for all women, in addition to scholarships to disadvantaged, low-income women who are 25 years or older and who have had their higher education interrupted due to challenging life lessons such as; cancer, mental health conditions, physical or emotional abuse, sex trafficking or who are first generation female immigrants.

Our Values: We believe that: Women need to be treated with dignity, respect and honesty. Women deserve to be happy and healthy. Women should be empowered and self-sufficient. Women should explore and develop their spiritual side. Women deserve to learn and work together to develop their SOCIAL, SPIRITUAL and ECONOMIC POTENTIAL. Intercultural exchanges, break down stereotypes, expand horizons and raise consciousness. If you educate a Woman you educate a Family. Community is essential to personal growth and in fostering women as agents of change.
Regardless of background, study interests and skilled trade job requirements, there are Blessons Scholarship Awards available for women trying to re-enter or advance themselves in the job market by obtaining a higher education or new skill. We support women who are in need of financial support towards their continuing education and training in order to improve their economic status.
