We are seeking someone who is well-connected to their community, outgoing, and energized to get people to join a worthy cause. The Team Recruitment Chair serves as the primary lead for recruiting new Walk teams and executing the Corporate Team Kickoff Event.
With the support of a staff partner, this position will lead a Subcommittee that can recruit new teams from all sectors of the community with a focus on corporate teams. The position also provides fundraising guidance to new Team Captains.
Time commitment includes a monthly meeting and an additional 2-3 hours of work a month, with increasing responsibility as the walk gets closer.
