Volunteers are needed to help the Oakland Landscape Committee in grant research and writing and other development, fundraising, and donation facilitation for 3 public gardens and large open space areas in two City of Oakland park facilities in North Oakland where we help with planting and maintenance, and also mentor at-risk youth on Probation and work with community volunteers. We are also hoping to help in developing gardens at correctional facilities or aquaponics gardens to help in growing plants.
