Doors of Change, a nonprofit that helps homeless youth is looking for a Keyboard instructor to give lessons during our Taking Arts and Music to the Streets program on Sundays. Ideally we are looking for someone every Sunday, but if that is not possible; once a month would also work.
We are looking for an experienced pianist who is comfortable and willing to teach homeless youth, ages 17 to 24 the keyboard.
We have keyboards on site that can be used.
The program runs from 3:00 to 5:30 on Sundays, and the instructor would need to be there from 3:00 to 5:00, but welcome to stay until the end.

THE PROGRAM WILL START ON SEPTEMBER 12TH AND ALLVOLUNTEERS AND STAFF MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED.

Doors of Change (DOC),is a 501-C-3 organization that has helped place over 2800 Homeless Youth in safe housing in San Diego since 2001. In 2022 we shattered our record of placing youth in safe housing by 188: 349 homeless youth were placed!
