The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting incoming visitors, monitoring the front desk area, and providing basic office and clerical support to staff. This position is responsible for the day to day operations of the front desk area which includes but is not limited to, answering a multi-extension telephone system, answering or referring inquiries, faxing, sending mass communications via email; checking the agency's voice mail box daily and forwarding messages to appropriate staff. This position will also notify staff of in-coming mail.
Additionally, managing general agency email inbox and respond to emails as appropriate, greeting visitors, and conducting LCS tours as needed. Check staff in while in the building and out when on the field. Manage the conference room schedule and ensure that lobby and conference rooms are clean and accessible for use at all times.
