Family Promise of Pinellas County is looking for a volunteer bookkeeper to perform the following: A/R, A/P, Payroll- w-2S and related State and federal Tax forms management and deposits, Preparation and analysis of financial statements, Bank statements, Work with Auditor, Preparation of financial aspects of grants. Laptop provided. Work can be done remotely but will require weekly travel to the office. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Must be proficient in Quick Books or similar accounting software.
