We inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. We envision a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dream

Description
Girls on the Run is an experiential learning program for young girls that combines training for a 5K run/walk event with fun workouts. We promote discussions on topics such as self-esteem, eating disorders, and peer pressure. A girl exits the program with a better understanding of her self, of her value in community, and the power of her voice.
