Red Curtain Foundation for the Arts is seeking a part-time volunteer Operations Assistant, working with the Operations Director/Office Manager in an exciting nonprofit arts education organization. Ideal for college theatre majors, or anyone seeking to help support the arts in Snohomish County. Red Curtain is the only performing arts organization in the growing Marysville community, the second-largest city in Snohomish County, and produces high-quality community theatre productions, classes for all ages, intimate concerts, and other special events. The assistant will have an opportunity to help develop programs, refine policies, assist with marketing, development, and donor management, while working alongside mentors with decades of experience in the local theatre community.

Description

The Red Curtain Foundation produces high quality community theatre, offers classes in the performing arts year-round for kids, teens, and adults, and has taken on a significant community project in Marysville--transforming a former warehouse into a community arts center. Since the organization was founded in 2009, Red Curtain Foundation has developed arts education offerings, produced dozens of community theatre productions, hosted concerts and art shows, and welcomed thousands of local citizens into the facility.

RCF is a small non-profit with an all-volunteer staff who are passionate and dedicated to the organization's mission and its positive impact on our community.
