ORGANIZATION: Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh

Volunteers can help support the Better World Books project, which helps raise money for literacy and libraries!

· Sort books, black out barcodes and labels, stamp item "Withdrawn"

· Prepare boxes

· Pack withdrawn and unsold books into boxes to ship to Better World Books Facility

· Keep track of number of items/boxes prepared

· Seal and place mailing label on box to be shipped

This position requires some physical tasks including bending, stooping, pushing heavy book trucks, and standing for long periods of time.

This position takes place at the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh - Main (Oakland) at 4400 Forbes Ave, 15213. on Weekdays from 10:00 - 12:00
