College Potatoes Inc needs two or three business partners and a reformation for continuation. The business soley works with the mentally disabled, ADD(AHDH), physically disabled, and financially proven disabled. The owner can no longer run the organization alone, however it's loyal friends and grantees are supporting the business.

Needs:

The business must be restructured, formed, and developed anew. The required business restartup plan is developing a new business plan within 1 month and the following projects:

- Recreate a Financial Model and Plan
-- Marketing Plan
-- Human Resources Plan
-- Financial Fundraising Plan and Stratagy
-- Customer Service Plan and Enactment

- Business Development and Growth Plan
-- Business Direction through Kano Model
-- Local Analysis

- Plan Enactments and Team Testing
- Volunteers will be paid upon fundraising success
- Most successful volunteers that display a desire for this nonprofits success will be given shares and employment

Requirements:

- Must have Bachelors or Masters Degree and Understand Business.
- Entrepreneurial or Department Head Experience Needed
- Must sign a nondisclosure, noncompete, and non-takeover.
- Background check required upon acceptance.

Time Theft, theft, squandering money, discrimination, hostility, avoiding law/regulations, not reporting incidents, repeated excuses for missed meetings (3), not following the code of conduct (Low Website), and harming someone else either financially, physically, or mentally.
