As summer comes to an end, Labor Day is fast approaching, which means there is one last busy weekend for beach-goers! We have a great way to help mitigate the amount of trash that gets left on our beaches that ultimately enters our ocean. Help ILACSD assemble temporary trash bins and recycling bins to be placed across San Diego beaches to encourage beach-goers to properly dispose of their items during the busy Labor day weekend. Join us in keeping our beaches clean!
All of our volunteers are required to fill out a waiver form and all participants under 18 need a parent or guardian signature. All volunteers MUST BE AT LEAST 16 years old!
Help us recruit volunteers to help out assembling bins by sharing it on Facebook with your family and friends. If you are interested in participating, please email Natalia at nking@cleansd.org to sign up!
