Busy and festive holidays can bring a lot of trash to our beaches and we want to help keep our beaches clean for all to enjoy, especially with Fourth of July just around the corner! Help ILACSD assemble temporary trash bins and recycling bins to be placed across San Diego beaches to encourage everyone to properly dispose of their items during the busy Fourth of July weekend. Join us in keeping our beaches clean!
All of our volunteers are required to fill out a waiver form and all participants under 18 need a parent or guardian signature. All volunteers MUST BE AT LEAST 16 years old!

Description
I Love A Clean San Diego (ILACSD) is a widely recognized non-profit, environmental education organization committed to conservation and waste reduction. ILACSD operates a Recycling & Household Hazardous Waste Call Center, holds workshops, and provides community outreach and presentations throughout San Diego County. ILACSD has built strong partnerships with community members and local and state governments in order to enhance environmental education and awareness in San Diego. ILACSD provides pollution prevention programs and hosts other educational activities in order to create a safer environmental climate. Volunteer projects include community cleanups and storm drain stenciling.
