Help us keep Peabody Dog Park clean! Recruit friends and family to join you in completing easy clean-up tasks such as picking up poop, sweeping paved surfaces, picking up trash and removing light debris. The dog park has plastic bags and trash barrels; you need only to bring a pair of gloves. Please contact Jennifer Davis at the Peabody Parks & Recreation Department for more information and supplies: 978-536-7130.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Friends of Peabody Dog Park is three-fold: - To create a fenced-in, off-leash dog park where well-behaved canine citizens can exercise and socialize in a clean, safe, healthy environment without endangering or annoying people, property or wildlife. - To develop a beautiful and well-maintained space open to dog lovers and friends who are willing to uphold the park's rules and regulations. - To encourage positive interactions between dog owners and the community.
Description
We are a committee of Peabody residents who worked towards bringing an off-leash dog park to our city. The park officially opened up on Oct.18th and now the committee will focus on park upkeep and updates.
