Who We're Looking For
We are currently looking for Virtual Camp Teachers for our Online Summer Camp for Girls.
Loves working with and having an impact on kids. Staff must have loads of energy and stamina. Staff must be interested in education and project-based learning and be ready to use their group management skills in an amazingly fun summer job.
Summer Camp Staff are the single most consistent presence in the experience of each Empowered camper and so have the greatest potential impact on each camper’s summer. This responsibility requires careful attention to the emotional safety of each and every individual camper within a team, and to the overall development and formation of the group as a whole.
You must be super aware of each camper in your Zoom group, making sure you include everyone, calling them by name and positively encouraging them to participate.
Our Zoom Camp will run on Monday through Thursday 9:45 to 12 noon.
