In Repack, volunteers assist on projects related to sorting through and packing up incoming donations. Volunteer tasks may include:

- Nonperishable donation sorting and packing

- Produce Gleaning

- Meat and frozen food sorting and packing

- Commodity Supplemental Food Program box assembly

- Backpacks for Kids Program assembly

The Greater Cleveland Food Bank is the largest hunger relief organization in Northeast Ohio, having made possible over 55 million meals in 2017 to hungry people in Cuyahoga, Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, Ashland and Richland counties. The Food Bank’s mission is to ensure that everyone in our communities has the nutritious food they need every day. We do this through both food distribution and SNAP outreach efforts.   • Volunteers are able to view and sign up for shifts directly on the Greater Cleveland Food Bank's website. Most shifts last for either two or four hours, and run Monday through Saturday.
