ORGANIZATION: Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh

On Sunday, June 9 at CLP- Main (Oakland) we’ll be hosting our annual Summer Reading Extravaganza, an all-day, family-friendly festival to celebrate the start of Summer Reading.

More than 100 volunteers help out on this day by assisting with fun activities for children and families, giving out directions to attendees, handing out food and water, facilitating crafts and activities, and more. We have plenty of volunteer roles available for volunteers ages 15 - adult!

We hope you consider volunteering for Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh’s biggest event of the year!
