As a nonprofit, Sharing Wheels relies on volunteers. We simply can’t fix used bikes and offer free community shop space without volunteer support.
You don’t need to be a skilled bike mechanic to help out. Ongoing volunteer opportunities are listed below.
We also need regular volunteers to:- Commit one Saturday each month to help at the shop, must have in depth knowledge of the shop and our programs.
- Data entry with formatting knowledge for google sheets or excel
- Bike valet parking attendants
- Organize bins of parts or tools
- Work on bikes
Learn more about other volunteer opportunities, give us a call at 425-252-6952, stop by the shop during open hours, or email sharingwheels@gmail.com
All volunteer opportunities are at the shop, 2531 Broadway Ave., Everett, WA. Parking and entrance are at the back of the Broadway Mall building.

Mission Statement
Keeping people and bikes moving through empowerment, affordability, sustinability and education.
Description
We specialize in used bikes and in sharing the tools, parts and expertise to fix and maintain them. As a community bike shop, Sharing Wheels provides a safe place where people can help themselves and others. Anyone can use our tools for free. Volunteers refurbish donated bikes so we can sell them at reasonable cost or use them in our kids bike programs. We offer classes in basic bike mechanics.
Our shop is a haven for bike geeks, but also for families who want bikes for riding on trails, and for low income people who need a bike for transportation.
